This page is the authoritative, up-to-date list of the third parties (“sub-processors”) that Dragon Apps engages to process personal data on behalf of merchants using the Shopify app Request a Quote, Hide Price (the “App”). It is the list referenced by Section 6 of our Privacy Policy and by Annex III of our Data Processing Agreement.

Each sub-processor is bound by contract to confidentiality and security obligations no less protective than those we owe our merchants, and we remain fully liable to the merchant for each sub-processor's performance.
Notification of changes
We give merchants at least 30 days' notice before we add or replace a sub-processor. Notice is given by email to the address on the merchant's account and by updating this page.
If a merchant reasonably objects on data protection grounds within that period, we will work with them in good faith to find a resolution. If none is found, the merchant may terminate by uninstalling the App, without penalty.
Subscribe to change notices
Merchants with the App installed are notified automatically at the email address on their account — no action needed. If you would like change notices sent to an additional address (for example, a legal or compliance inbox), email [email protected] with the subject “Sub-processor notices — Request a Quote” and the address to add. You can ask to be removed from that list at any time.
